elanguages was created in 2025 by a PLA teacher with extensive experience in the field. Through familiarity with the 150-hour course required for nationality applications, we recognized that important gaps still needed to be addressed. While the official program emphasizes grammar, vocabulary, and provides a solid foundation in the language, the reality outside the classroom can feel very different.

elanguages was founded to promote a new approach to language learning, one that goes beyond grammatical accuracy and prioritizes real-life communication, meaningful interaction, and a supportive community where everyone can grow together.

There is often a belief that some people are simply not “good” language learners, or that younger learners naturally have an advantage. From our experience, we can say with certainty: there are no good or bad language learners. What truly makes a difference are the practices, habits, and strategies that elevate learning and lead to real proficiency.
And we are here to explore those practices with you.

🧾 Official Certificates: Issued through accredited partners, valid for nationality applications.

💬 Real-Life Communication: We go beyond grammar to focus on meaningful interaction and practical conversation.

🕒 Flexible Schedule: Multiple class times across time zones.

🤝 Supportive Community: A welcoming environment where everyone grows together.

At elanguages, we bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world communication. Our experienced PLA teachers understand both the requirements for nationality certification and what you’ll actually need to thrive in Portuguese-speaking environments. We combine structured learning with proven practices and strategies that transform students into confident speakers.
